To further deepen the school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation mechanism, broaden employment and entrepreneurship channels for graduates, and promote the precise alignment of industry-education integration with industry needs, on the afternoon of November 18, a delegation led by Vice Dean of the School of Management Zhang Zongxiang, teacher of the Accounting Department Jiang Wending, and counselor Li Ziyu visited the Hubei Branch of Crowe China (Beijing Guofu) Certified Public Accountants and the Hubei Branch of BDO China (Shu Lun Pan) Certified Public Accountants to carry out a special "Corporate Outreach for Employment Expansion" activity. The visit aimed to build a bridge for school-enterprise cooperation and inject new momentum into high-quality student employment and corporate talent reserves.

At the Crowe China Hubei Branch, Branch Director Wang Jinsong, Office Director Zhang Feihu, HR Supervisor Xu Min, and Partner/Department Head Song Wenping expressed a warm welcome to the School delegation. At the symposium, Wang Jinsong shared comprehensively on the enterprise's development history, core business sectors, talent team construction, and position requirement standards, emphasizing the urgent need for accounting talents with solid professional foundations, strong practical abilities, and good professional ethics. Zhang Zongxiang introduced in detail the School of Management's development history, disciplinary advantages, faculty strength, talent cultivation characteristics, and graduate employment quality, highlighting the "Theory + Practice" dual-drive training model in the cultivation of accounting talents. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation matters such as the construction of student internship and practice bases, corporate mentors entering the campus, and joint skills training, reaching a preliminary consensus on cooperation.

Subsequently, the School delegation visited the BDO China (Shu Lun Pan) Hubei Branch for exchange. As a leading enterprise in the industry, its Deputy Director Xia Chenggong, HR Supervisor Zhang Sanjiao, and HR Specialist Yu Zhanfan warmly received the School delegation. After visiting the branch's office environment, cultural exhibition area, and Party building activity center, the two sides held a symposium. Xia Chenggong introduced BDO's brand advantages, business areas, industry influence, and the development plan of the Hubei Branch, focusing on the enterprise's characteristic measures in talent cultivation and career development path construction. Zhang Zongxiang stated that BDO's industry status and talent cultivation philosophy are highly aligned with the School's educational goals. He hoped to take this corporate outreach visit as an opportunity to deepen all-around cooperation in talent delivery, internship and employment, project research, and Party building co-construction, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages. At the meeting, the two sides reached an agreement on specific cooperation matters such as graduate recruitment and the optimization of customized talent training schemes. To further consolidate the cooperation results, a plaque awarding ceremony was held on site. On behalf of the School of Management, Zhang Zongxiang awarded the plaque of "Internship and Labor Practice Base" to BDO China (Hubei Branch), marking that the cooperation between the two sides has entered a stage of substantive promotion.

This visit to two industry-leading accounting firms is an important measure for the School of Management to actively respond to national policies on the integration of industry and education, proactively connect with industry needs, and fully promote high-quality employment for graduates. Through face-to-face communication with enterprises, the School has precisely grasped the dynamics of industry development and the orientation of talent demand, laying a solid foundation for further optimizing talent training schemes, broadening employment channels, and improving the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation. In the future, the School of Management will continue to strengthen deep cooperation with high-quality enterprises in the industry, constantly perfect the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, and transport more high-quality, composite accounting professionals for regional economic and social development and industry development.
